Our panel delves into three key areas:
- Empowering Domestic Workers through Unionisation: Learn from Zuster Jeanne Devos’s experiences in organizing domestic workers in India. Discover strategies to strengthen unionization efforts.
- Addressing the Plight of Undocumented Migrant Domestic Workers: Malu Villanueva, EFFAT vice-president of the domestic work sector, sheds light on the challenges faced by undocumented migrants, drawing lessons from Belgium’s successful practices.
- Prioritizing Health and Safety for Domestic Workers in Europe: hear our very own Grace Papa, EFFAT DOmestic Work political Secretary, address the health and safety concerns of domestic workers and efforts to include them in EU directives.
