The COVID19 pandemic has focused attention on the appalling working and living conditions in slaughterhouses.
EFFAT wishes to reflect together with you in our specific meeting, how we can use this window of opportunity for our trade union fights in the sector.
Therefore we invite you to the EFFAT-IUF Online meeting
- 25th of November 2020, from 2pm – 5pm.
- Active interpretation is foreseen in EN, DA, PT, FR, and ES
- Registration is possible here
The objective of this meeting is to exchange on successful national examples and to develop a common European strategy.
The meeting will be divided in two panels, one specific to the health and safety considerations in the sector and the second takes a broader perspective on working and living conditions and foresee time for discussion amongst ourselves.
