- For the attention of the EFFAT SC Members for the Contract Catering Sector
We have the pleasure to invite you to the virtual EFFAT-FSE SSDC SC meeting, which will take place on Friday, 5 February 2021 from 9.45 am to 12.30 pm. The videoconference is planned via Web-Ex, an online conferencing system set up by the EC and participants are urged to connect at 9.45 am to test the EC connection and their equipment.
Attached you will find the official invitation and agenda. Further working documents will be sent in due time. The meeting’s working language will be English.
Main items on the agenda will be :
- Impact of COVID-19 pandemic
- EFFAT-FoodServiceEurope Guide “Choosing best value in contracting food services – A guide for private and public client organisations”: further dissemination and leverage the Guide in future EU public procurement initiatives.
- Qualification and Training Initiatives : European Alliance for Apprenticeships, Pact for Skills, Next Tourism Generation Alliance project
Please confirm your participation as soon as possible, before 27 January 2021 at the latest. Even though this will be a videoconference meeting, the EC does need the list of participants for reporting purposes.
Participants will receive more information on how to connect to the online meeting in due time, as we are awaiting further instructions from the EC.
