At the Executive Committee meeting held in Brussels from 26-27 September 2024, EFFAT officially launched the countdown to our 6th Congress, which will take place in Valencia on 26-28 November 2024.

The EFFAT Congress will set a new course for the upcoming term, defining the organisation’s priorities for the future. During the Executive Committee, EFFAT members endorsed a renewed Political Vision, outlining our EFFAT strategy to tackle today’s challenges, and endorsed the new leadership to be elected at the Congress.

Launch of the Congress Website: We have launched a dedicated Congress website serving as the central hub for all updates, session details, and registration information.

This year’s theme, #FightingForward, symbolizes resilience, unity, and progress. It underscores our unwavering commitment to advancing despite global challenges, while continuing to champion the protection of workers’ rights—from farm to fork and for domestic workers in Europe.

Our EFFAT affiliates have played a crucial role in shaping the vision for this Congress. Their ongoing involvement will be key to its success. As we approach November, we invite all affiliates and colleagues to spread the word and join in!
